Hazel

Hazel was probably our greatest challenge.  Born in September of 1999, we had her in our home until January of 2000.  She was wound up and full of energy.  24/7!    She may have been our most neurotic too - it took us a long time to realize that she hated men who were bald or had white hair.  (She would shriek when John McCain came on the television during the 2000 primaries  As we had her last Autumn during the height of McCain's press push, watching the evening news was a challenge). Hazel did enjoy watching The Crocodile Hunter and the Discovery Channel, however.  Hazel was sold to a private individual who renamed her Binky.  She's still a handful, but has calmed down a bit.
