Well, we didn't expect this.
Hurricane Isabel hit Richmond and did a fair amount of damage. Trees were
down everywhere and numerous people had significant damage. We actually
fared better than most. Isabel put more than 1.4 million customers without
power. Tempers were short and generator supplies were even in shorter
supply. Some people have been told it will take more than six weeks to
restore power. We're certainly glad that it was fast moving or the damage
would have been even worse.
