It was time for a conference in San Antonio with
Michael Meyer and the other NISH
people. San Antonio is home to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and the San
Antonio Spurs! It's a truly great city with real character, an
unpretentious attitude (for one of America's largest cities), and the people are
really nice. One example: I came out about 10 minutes late to the
rental car where the parking meter had expired. I just laughed and told
him he didn't have to put it on the windshield and could just hand it to me.
He just smiled, crumpled the ticket, and walked on.
