Sort of a weird weekend at one of the most
fan-friendly road racing events you will ever see. Back at Summit Point
for the mid-point of the season, it was Dan fast in practice and on the class
pole for the race, but Harry had some trouble and ended up with a light tap if
the wall in practice. Bobbie played instructor for the first time and
finally got to see what it is like in the right hand seat. During the
Saturday race, Dan took home a pretty convincing win and was rewarded by being
stage with girls and champagne. Buddy Mike Morris ended up in
second, but the first place was disqualified for passing under yellow.
