Bobbie was born in Statesville, NC. (She says she is 29) Life in Statesville was quiet and peaceful - which is why Bobbie wanted to move so quickly. Bobbie received her Masters degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. After graduation, she entered the world of textile marketing. She ended up in London helping promote US sales of cotton to European clothing manufacturers.
Dan was a military brat who was born in Great Lakes, IL and went to school in Virginia Beach and graduated from Green Run High school. (known as Danny Elam then!) After a brief stint at Virginia Tech he became a consultant to some of the country's best known companies.
